We stand behind Slumbies with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, contact us at getslumbies@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of your experience. You do not need to return the product.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds are not available for:
- Orders placed more than 30 days after delivery
- Orders where the full product has been consumed

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
